Learn how science is giving us practical solutions to close the reading gap in our classrooms.

In this PD you will become proficient at:

  • programming your literacy block to achieve maximum engagement and learning.
  • busting a few long held myths about how children learn to read.
  • implementing 5 (evidence based) practical strategies to ensure all students are acquiring crucial foundational skills for reading success.
  • identifying phonological deficits in your students in first semester of Kindergarten. (And what to do about it!)

Completing the Reading Revolution Workshop will contribute 5 hours and 30 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 2.5.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
